The breakfast was fantastic every day I was there. The staff was exceptional from the person at the desk to the security guys. I would like to mention a couple of staff members that made my trip up to columbus to be with my husband that is dying, he was at Ohio State University Medical Center. They are Chanel, Josezzta, Giavonna, Shawanda, Debbie and Priscilla. Also the security staff that made me feel safe at 3am when I was in my car smoking a cigarette. They were all so kind and very helpful and very good with the public. Thank you to all of them for making my trip bearable. Sincerely,,,Janet Brockway 937-972-7538

We didn't stay here- I mistakenly made the reservation at the wrong hotel and called this hotel and they fixed it. Beyond grateful for the help. My son wanted a pool for his birthday and they didn't have one. I couldn't afford to pay for 2 rooms. Just thank you so much

It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. I forgot to bring my soap, and they have Dove products in the rooms which was a plus, as well as, complimentary toiletries if you forgot one.

I liked that the hotel was close to the downtown Columbus area. 11 minutes tops, there was construction going on in the area, but it didn't hinder getting to and from my destinations.

I liked the young lady Brittany at this location. She was great to work with and has an Amazing attitude!!! I would definitely stay here again.
