Holiday Inn Express Columbus - Ohio Expo Center, an IHG Hotel

It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. I forgot to bring my soap, and they have Dove products in the rooms which was a plus, as well as, complimentary toiletries if you forgot one.

We didn't stay here- I mistakenly made the reservation at the wrong hotel and called this hotel and they fixed it. Beyond grateful for the help. My son wanted a pool for his birthday and they didn't have one. I couldn't afford to pay for 2 rooms. Just thank you so much

The breakfast was fantastic every day I was there. The staff was exceptional from the person at the desk to the security guys. I would like to mention a couple of staff members that made my trip up to columbus to be with my husband that is dying, he was at Ohio State University Medical Center. They are Chanel, Josezzta, Giavonna, Shawanda, Debbie and Priscilla. Also the security staff that made me feel safe at 3am when I was in my car smoking a cigarette. I liked the young lady Brittany at this location. She was great to work with and has an Amazing attitude!!! I would definitely stay here again.
