I liked that the hotel was close to the downtown Columbus area. 11 minutes tops, there was construction going on in the area, but it didn't hinder getting to and from my destinations.

The breakfast was fantastic every day I was there. The staff was exceptional from the person at the desk to the security guys. I would like to mention a couple of staff members that made my trip up to columbus to be with my husband that is dying, he was at Ohio State University Medical Center. They are Chanel, Josezzta, Giavonna, Shawanda, Debbie and Priscilla. Also the security staff that made me feel safe at 3am when I was in my car smoking a cigarette. The breakfast was very good,with nice selections; the housekeeping staff were very nice & did a good job of keeping things replenished; Crystal from housekeeping was very nice & also the other girls working in that area

This Holiday Inn location was absolutely perfect for our needs! We went to a concert at the Historic Crew Stadium, and it was less than a 15 minute walk from the hotel. It was so nice not to have to wait on lines to park and leave the venue. The location is not in a great part of town, but not horrible. We didn't have any issues at all. The staff was amazing! Every employee we came in contact with was friendly, and spoke with us, and laughed with us. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We especially liked the mattresses and pillows, so comfortable! It was a great stay! I would visit again!
